@thechocolateguys Best chocolte shop in WA, according to Yelp! The Yelp team selected their highest rated chocolate shops for each state. We won for WA state! Before we had a retail space we had a kitchen on the second floor of an old historic building downtown. Finding us was tricky, but made for a yelp reviewer’s dream come true, the classic hole in the wall shop. Fortunately we maintained some kf that appeal when we opened retail at street level eight years ago. Feeling pretty good :-) about this one!

Yelp used user review data to determine the best chocolate shops in every state and in Canada. We have the highest overall reviews, and here's why:
1 - When we first opened for retail hours we were on the second floor of an old historic building in Pioneer Square, Seattle. It was somewhat difficult to find, but when people did it was a bit of a celebration for us, and they loved trying all the samples right from our unusual kitchen. This was Yelp review gold for the first few years in the neighborhood.
2 - We designed our retail location to mimic the kitchen experience, prioritizing shelf space to display spices and ingredients, offering a flight of free samples of our truffles. We made cocoas and sipping chocolates for service. And, our staff put in the effort to deliver, which can't be overstated!
3 - We try to treat everyone with respect and dignity. (Important to note here, although we may try, we are not always successful in helping people feel heard and respected, and we have received some angry 1 star reviews, too. It happens, but we do try :)
We are grateful for the recognition from Yelp, and from our community and customers in Seattle. Thank you for your support and recognition!
