This 2 ingredient chocolate mousse using one of our Rainbow Collection PNW Spiced Chocolate Bars will save you time in the kitchen and give you more time with the ones you love. For this recipe we used the Rosemary, Blackberry Honey, and Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt chocolate bar. This chocolatey dessert is creamy and rich served cold with whipped cream on a beautiful summer's day.
Chocolate Mousse - ingredients 1 Intrigue Chocolate spiced bar, chopped (3.5oz)
1 cup cup heavy cream, divided
Directions:
Whipped Cream - ingredients
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl.
With a mixer, beat on medium-high until soft peaks form.
Top mousse with whipped cream and any other toppings you like.
