We first developed this flavor as a chocolate truffle 12 years ago to pair with their Zort (fortified Zinfandel wine)! The tart red fruit of both cacao and berry is a delightful counterpoint to the aromatic cardamom/peppercorn/vanilla/floral spice.
Intrigue’s craft chocolate is minimally processed and hand formed, made on a stone mill right in our shop.
