Intrigue Chocolate Co.'s award-winning ganache truffles are the heart of Intrigue and our flagship product for over 19 years. During that time Chef Aaron has created over 400 flavors!

***Due to high demand, We have sold out of our existing assortments, however we will still create chef’s assortment boxes going forward with the flavors we have remaining, though there may be duplicates.***

Chocolate ganache made with cream is perishable and should be kept refrigerated (similar to how you care for cheese - it's ok if they remain out for a while, but long term will dry the truffles out). Truffles will be fresh for one month after you receive them. 

Boxes are premade assortments only.

Ingredients: Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, soy lecithin), Cream (milk), flavors (as described in the truffle name).
